We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Household Manager/Nanny to join a loving family with two young children (Boy-3, and Girl 1) in Scottsdale. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Crossroads: N 64th St and Camelback Rd

Children: family has a total of 4 children and care is mostly for youngest daughter (1 year old) and son (3 years old)

Girls- 14 and 11 (50% of time in the house)
Boy - 3 (Goes to school until 3pm)
Girl-1 will be with nanny full time

Schedule : Mon- Fri 730-5

Starting date: ASAP

Pets: 3 dogs
Bernese mountain dog, westie, King Charles cavalier

Hourly rate : $25-30 Depending on Experience

Specific Tasks and Expectations:

Childcare:

Primary focus on caring for girl (1) and boy (3) , including playtime, feeding, diapering, and assisting with their development.
Occasional assistance with teens, including light homework help, transportation to/from school (when needed), and engaging in family activities.
Household Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment.
- Clean and sanitize children's toys and play areas.
- Organize children's rooms, pantry, fridge, storage spaces, and garage.
- Run errands, open packages, and put away items.
- Manage household supplies and create grocery lists.
- Prepare healthy and delicious meals for the children, including breakfast (pancakes, muffins, etc.), lunches, and snacks.
- Oversee and rotate weekly activities at the children's art table.
- Supervise and assist children during playtime and outdoor activities.
Pet Care:
- Feed, walk, and play with three friendly dogs (Bernese Mountain Dog, Westie, and King Charles Cavalier).

Requirements :

Excellent references, clean background
Proven experience as a nanny or childcare provider
Experience as a house manager
Own reliable transportation
CPR certified or willing to obtain
Ok with pets

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing them to efficiently manage household tasks and childcare responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with children of all ages and building positive relationships with the family. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude are crucial for navigating the dynamic nature of family life and responding to unexpected situations with grace.
